This is actually better than average for me, as relaxation goes. Mostly I just freeze up and drop affect when I'm really tense.

[ still, though, she tilts her head a little, and then reaches back with her other hand to tug the tie out of her braid, and shakes her head to loosen it. It's actually pretty long, falling to mid-back, and catches the moonlight in a lovely way. ]
