and decides yes, it probably was. he gets up and follows]

[it was, in his own...special way.

and Persephone is carefully undressing for the bath, taking off each layer of translucent cloth and setting them aside, the heavy fall of his hair artfully obscuring his body.]

[fox is a polite boy, so he will not watch while persephone undresses, although he is tempted to.

the onsen is luxurious, an open-air natural onsen with a view onto what look like mountains in the distance, the night sky above them twinkling. there are some aromatics in the water and plants nearby that give off a pleasant flowery scent.

no capybaras or monkeys to be seen, sadly.]

[persephone wouldn't care if he did. but once he's done undressing - and done rinsing himself off first - will settle into the water.]

Quite a lot of poetry has been written about nights like these. Simple pleasures - beautiful scenery, a nice bath, company on a cool night...
