[Serenity felt the girl hovering over her. She could smell the scent of blood on her. And yet even as her thick lashes flutter open, still dazed and sleepy, she doesn't fear. Rather, her heart beats excitedly as she lifts her hands to the other girl's face, nodding gently.]
