[unlike the last time absinthe bit into raven's neck, he doesn't taste like ash and sawdust--but warm and sweet and filling]

[ that's a vast improvement to be honest. there's a pleased breath out through his nostrils as he drinks, pulling back after a few deep gulps to lap at the trail of blood now coming out from the wound ]
