[much like the monster mash bingo game, Mars appears in this dream with a pair of fluffy black cat ears and a sleek tail curling lazily behind him. he is dressed rather comfortably (mask included) in an outfit all in shades of incarnadine red. his henshin belt is currently missing]

[. . . he is also staring, petrified in place, cat ears perked forward]

[The sheets fall a bit more as Maki leans forward and crawls to the side of the bed closest to him.]

Mars...

[foolmetwice]

[the sound of his name snaps him out of his stupor, and his ears flick a bit]

-- Maki.

[CLEARS HIS THROAT and politely. . . averts his gaze]

S-- sorry. Am I interrupting something?

[rollplayinghouse]

[hmm. she settles her chin on her hands, sprawled out on her stomach with sheets still tangled around her so she's... mostly decent to look at]

I want you to interrupt it.

[foolmetwice]

[ah. . .]

[. . . looks over at her again, tail lashing, gaze tracing the lines of the scars that are visible in her position. he's quiet for a moment, before--]

Do you?

[rollplayinghouse]

Yeah. You should join me.

[foolmetwice]

I--

[he pauses again, eyes flicking up to catch her gaze with his own, ears twitching yet again. his tail stills at his back]

[. . .]

[swallows thickly, but he definitely looks conflicted, here]

That'd be-- I mean. . . [a beat]

. . . you look nice.

[rollplayinghouse]

[leans forward a bit more]

It would be good, right? It's not that you don't want to.

[foolmetwice]

[another hesitation]

[and he reaches out, fingers first gliding underneath her chin, tracing the lines of her jaw. how did he get here? . . . does that really matter?]

No.

[he breathes out]

It's definitely not because I don't want to.

[rollplayinghouse]

[She sits up, moving into his touch, and then reaches out to grab the loose folds of his shirt and pull him in firmly so she can press her lips against his neck.]

[foolmetwice]

[he allows for this, leaning into her as she pulls, head instinctively tilting to the side to allow her more access to his neck. his hand slides across her shoulders, fingers automatically seeking out the lines of her scars. he traces them down to her collarbone, but his hands stop there]

. . . god damn. . .

[another exhaled phrase, words still breathless]

You're incredible.

[rollplayinghouse]

[Her tongue swipes over his skin for a moment before she transitions to sucking it sharply between her teeth, keeping a tight grip on his clothes with one hand as if he might escape.

Her other hand covers his, tugging it lower.]

[foolmetwice]

[hisses a bit at the slight sting against his neck, but it's an encouraging sound, a silent plea for more. his eyes flutter as a shiver courses down his spine, and then she's tugging his hand down and his fingers brush up against soft curves, and--]

[he isn't that strong]

[he presses against her, his touch against her skin becoming more firm as he pulls back just enough so that he can catch her mouth in a kiss, wanting and hungry]

[rollplayinghouse]

[Good.

She releases his hand, looping her arm around his neck instead, and an approving, needy noise hums low in her throat as she moves into his touch. Her lips part immediately when his finally touch hers, kissing back like she's taking her first breath of air in a long time.]

[foolmetwice]

[his response is immediate, eager, desperate like a man in a desert looking for something to drink. there's no hesitation as he follows her deeper into the kiss, mouth parting against hers as well, and it isn't long before he pushes against her to try and lay her onto her back]

[. . . mostly so he can finally crawl onto the bed, arched over her as his hand explores warm, exposed skin that he has only daydreamed about]

[rollplayinghouse]

[Very good. She draws him in further, tugging on his shirt and hooking an ankle around the back of his thigh once he's on the bed. She doesn't break the kiss as her hand runs over his chest and stomach to find the knot of his belt and start loosening it with her fingers.]

[whatever reservations he has about this when he's usually awake are completely gone now, replaced by nothing but impatience and heat. his shirt parts relatively easily underneath her tugging, sleeves hanging loosely off of his shoulders, and on instinct he arches into her touch. she'll find herself running into a star-shaped scar over his heart if she explores enough, too]

[there isn't much he can do to help with his belt other than keep his hips arched so she has enough access to it, but. his hand moves from her chest the lines of her hip, seeking out the rough patterns of her scales so he can trace those next]

[he parts from the kiss just long enough to mutter]

I said you look nice-- but what I meant was. . . you look beautiful.

[rollplayinghouse]

[He loses his clothes perhaps more quickly than is physically possible because this is a dream and they need to be gone. She pauses only when he's down to his underwear, running her hand down his hip to drop just under his waistband.

She also shivers slightly at the touch to her scales.]

You used the word "incredible" too. Words are just words, though. Maybe you should show me.

[he definitely wiggles to assist in the clothes shedding portion of this (DOES SHE REMOVE THE MASK?? IS HE STILL WEARING IT????) until the outfit is nothing but a pile of red cloth on the floor. and by the time she gets down to his underwear he is absolutely peppering kisses across her neck because HE CAN]

Mmmm. . .

[a hum against the patch of skin just behind her ear, his hand dipping across her outer thigh and then towards her inner thigh, purposefully teasing]

. . . I can do that.

[and without further foreplay, his hand glides upwards without shame nor shyness, because when you've wanted something for so, so long, why wait any longer than you have to?]

[Maki is definitely more than ready.

VARIOUS ACTIVITIES ENSUE, including his mask coming off a little later on via her teeth, and many other shameless and eager things, some of which also may not be plausible or even strictly physically possible. It's a dream. They don't need to worry like things like how far limbs can flex, or gravity, or limitations of physical stamina.

Eventually, however, she reaches some mental limits, so they transition to an exhausted sprawl across the bed. Maki absently watches a school of fish swim by overhead.]

[SOME THINGS DEFINITELY ENSUE. THEY ARE DEFINITELY NOT ALL REASONABLE, BUT THEY'RE STILL VERY SEXY!! there's a lot of purring from Mars, too-- catlike behaviors and twitching ears and an eagerly lashing tail. is it weird?? probably not??]

[but when everything comes to an end he is definitely content and sated as he sprawls out next to Maki, the tip of his tail curled gently around one of her ankles as he lies pressed up against her side, drawing idle patterns across her stomach]

[he seems content to just lie here with a satisfied rumble in the back of his throat (more purring??)]

[Nothing is weird it's a dream everything is fine.

Maki cards her fingers through the hair between his ears a few times and then flattens it out again, transitioning to basically just petting him.]

[purring intensifies!! and he nuzzles a little against her cheek, soft and affectionate]
