[ childe looks a little surprised to see the words vanish behind the cover, but after a moment of realization he turns to smile at zhongli. ] Oh yeah? Is that an invitation, Xiansheng?

If by invitation, you mean that I am inviting us over to BARiTONES then yes.

We're going to all spend time together? [ he looks real excited about that. ] Are we going to talk about the book? [ is this like a book club? ] We should probably stop somewhere and pick up something, don't you think, especially if BARiTONES intends on supplying the drinks.

Do not fuss. The only thing you need to worry about bringing is yourself. I will take care of any appropriate arrival gift.

[ snaps the book shut, because this is getting frustrating. he turns himself, reaching up to smush emet’s cheek with one hand. ] I’m glad they were getting along with each other, even if it was only to write a smutty book about horny tentacle trees.
